Jaguar Land Rover is recalling 100 examples of its Evoque, Velar and Discovery Sport due to a faulty fuel injector return pipe.
The fault is limited to models with the 2.0-litre diesel engine, also known as the D200, sold from 2020 to 2021.
“The fuel injector return pipe may not meet manufacturing specifications and may split,” the company says in its recall notice.
“A split fuel return pipe will allow fuel to leak into the engine bay and onto the road.”

Jaguar Land Rover is contacting affected owners to schedule a free fix with their nearest dealer.
If you have any further questions or concerns, you can contact Land Rover customer assistance on 1800 625 642.
