A hybrid version of the Chery C5 has been introduced in the UK and has been confirmed for a mid-2026 Australian launch.

The new Chery C5 is a small SUV available in Australia from $27,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Urban variant and topping out at $32,990 for the Ultimate variant.
There are 2 variants of the C5 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in mid-2025.
The new C5 is offered with a 7 year, unlimited km warranty.
The Chery C5 is only available with a petrol engine that produces 108kW and 210Nm of torque. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
