Only had the first service with no problems to be addressed. Service was good both from a booking and timing perspective. Very satisfied with Jaecoo Sunshine Coast. After a great buying experience through CarExpert (Ben for the car and Travis for insurance) and Jaecoo Omoda Brisbane (Winston), I can highly recommend CarExpert.

More than satisfied with my Jaecoo J7 Ridge AWD. No issues at all, and the car drives even better than I expected. I travel to Brisbane from the Sunshine Coast regularly, and the car is great in traffic and rides well over bad bitumen roads, also loves hills.
Very easy to maneuver in tight spaces due to the 360-degree camera and effective guidelines, although as a Heavy Vehicle Operator and past Road Train Driver Instructor, I still use my mirrors as always. I have also been a vehicle tester and can say that this car, so far, is perfect for my use, and I look forward to my first long trip in it.
I am more than happy with my new Jaecoo J7 Ridge. The deal was so easy, and I was given a loan car due to a hold up for delivery (very appreciated).

The car itself is a pleasure to drive, and it has more features than I realised, so still a learning experience.
The car is evolving as I have added some extras, such as Weather Shields and Side Steps, which have enhanced the appearance of the already good-looking car further.
Comfort is great, and it offers smooth driving, even in heavy traffic jams.
Power is very good and delivered smoothly through the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The AWD system works well for my needs and has proven itself on slippery wet uphill driveways.
I have not taken the car off-road, but I feel it would be great on any of the dirt country roads I have driven on beforehand.
The tech in the care can be a little over-the-top at first until you get used to it, and navigation through various screens becomes very easy and fast. I have also found how easy it is to turn off those annoying beeps that are not needed all the time.
Seating is so comfortable, I would rank it better than most cars I have owned in the past. Overall, I love this car, and thank you to Ben and Travis at CarExpert and Winston at Omoda Jaecoo Brisbane. I am passing the word around. Now to get a towbar for the car, I hope.
