Tesla Australia has recalled the 2019-2020 Model 3sedan to fix a problem with the brake caliper bolts.
“The brake caliper bolts may not have been tightened sufficiently, if this occur it may reduce the expected braking performance,” the recall notice says.
“The reduction in breaking [sic] performance could increase the risk of an accident and/or serious injury or death of vehicle occupants and other road users.”

Although the Model Y is listed on the headline of the recall notice, there are no Model Y VINs listed.
Tesla has issued the following statement asking owners to organise a fix for their cars:
Please schedule a service appointment using the Tesla app by selecting ‘Schedule Service’ > ‘Other’ > ‘Something Else’ and entering the note, ‘Open Recall Repair–brake caliper bolt inspection.’
At your appointment, Tesla Service will inspect your vehicle and perform any necessary repairs, free of charge. Mobile Service may complete this inspection for your convenience.
