Polestar Australia has recalled seven examples of the Polestar 2, due to a fault which could cause the front passenger seat to move unexpectedly.
“Due to a manufacturing defect, the front passenger seat mounting bolts may not have been tightened according to specifications and could become loose or detach,” the carmaker said in its recall notice.
“As a result, the seat may move inadvertently.
“If the front passenger seat moves inadvertently in the event of an accident or hard braking, it could increase the risk of injury or death to vehicle occupants.”
