Porsche Taycan recalled

Porsche Australia is recalling 231 examples of the Taycan electric vehicle (EV) to fix an issue that may cause moisture to enter the high-voltage battery pack.

This recall affects 231 examples of the Porsche Taycan produced between 2022 and 2023.

“Due to a manufacturing issue, there is a possibility of insufficient sealing between the high voltage battery casing and battery cover,” said the company in its recall notice.

“This could lead to moisture entering the high voltage battery.”
