There are 2 variants of the Ioniq available in Australia and this generation went on sale in November of 2018.
Engine options include 1.6L petrol direct injection (104kW/265Nm), electric motor (104kW/265Nm) and null (88kW/295Nm). Non-electric variants are available with 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmissions. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
