Last updated Sep 26, 2025The new Mazda 2 is a small car offered in both 5D Hatchback and 4D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $16,500 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the NEO variant and topping out at $22,590 for the Genki.
There are 4 variants of the Mazda 2 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in April of 2009.
The Mazda 2 is only available with an null motor that produces 76kW and 135Nm of torque. All variants feature front-wheel drive.
The new 2010 Mazda 2 is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
