The new Mazda 6 is a medium-sized car offered in 4D Sedan, 5D Sedan, 5D Hatchback and 4D Hatchback body styles. Available in Australia from $28,240 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the variant and topping out at $54,645 for the.

Engine options include 2.3L multi-point injection (122kW/207Nm), 2L turbo diesel common rail (105kW/360Nm), 2.3L turbo multi-point injection (190kW/380Nm) and 2.3L turbo petrol direct injection (190kW/380Nm). Available with 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmissions. Both front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.

The new 2005 Mazda 6 is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
