There are 2 variants of the CLS available in Australia and this generation went on sale in July of 2009.
Engine options include 5.5L turbo petrol direct injection (430kW/800Nm), 3.5L petrol direct injection (225kW/370Nm) and 2.1L turbo diesel common rail (150kW/500Nm). All variants feature 7-speed automatic transmission. All variants feature rear-wheel drive.
The new 2013 CLS is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
