    The new Mitsubishi Triton is a Pickup. Available in Australia from $17,540 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the GL variant and topping out at $46,400 for the GLS.

    There are 3 variants of the Triton available in Australia.

    Engine options include 2.4L multi-point injection (97kW/192Nm), 3L multi-point injection (133kW/255Nm) and 2.8L diesel indirect injection (71kW/198Nm). Available with 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic transmissions. Both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.

    The new 2001 Triton is offered with a 3 year, 100,000 km warranty.
