2023 Skoda Scala review

Skoda's entry-level small hatch has some great elements, but feels a bit budget and there are some notable safety omissions.

It's a sizeable premium over the well-equipped base Scala, but the sports seats and lowered suspension make the Monte Carlo slightly more appealing.

There's plenty to like about Skoda's all-new Scala. It's got more kit that most cars costing twice the price as well as class-leading boot space.
