The new BMW 1 Series is a Small Luxury offered in a 5D Hatchback body style. Available in Australia from $46,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the M Sport variant and topping out at $70,900 for the Base.

There are 3 variants of the 1 Series available in Australia and this generation went on sale in November of 2020.

Engine options include 2.0L turbo petrol direct injection (225kW/450Nm) and 1.5L turbo petrol direct injection (103kW/220Nm). Available with 8-speed automatic or 7-speed automatic transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.

The new 2021 1 Series is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
