Last updated Sep 27, 2025The new Nissan X-Trail is a small SUV offered in a 5D SUV body style. Available in Australia from $27,990 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the ST variant and topping out at $48,340 for the TL.
There are 5 variants of the X-Trail available in Australia and this generation went on sale in March of 2020.
Engine options include 2.5L multi-point injection (126kW/226Nm), 2.0L petrol direct injection (106kW/200Nm) and 2.0L turbo diesel common rail (130kW/380Nm). Available with variable sp automatic or 6-speed manual transmissions. Both four-wheel drive and front-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2017 X-Trail is offered with a 5 year, unlimited km warranty.
