About the Porsche 911
Last updated Sep 28, 2025The new Porsche 911 is a Super Sports offered in both 2D Convertible and 2D Targa body styles. Available in Australia from $217,500 (MLRP, excl. on-roads) for the Carrera variant and topping out at $478,000 for the Turbo S.
There are 9 variants of the 911 available in Australia and this generation went on sale in April of 2016.
Engine options include 3.0L turbo petrol direct injection (272kW/450Nm) and 3.8L turbo petrol direct injection (397kW/660Nm). All variants feature manual transmission. Both rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive configurations are available.
The new 2017 911 is offered with a 3 year, unlimited km warranty.
