Wild Toyota Corolla Concept revealed with electric and hybrid power
3 Months Ago
The 2025 Toyota Corolla remains essentially unchanged from the previous years, with the current generation now offered with hybrid powertrains only. This does not include the sporty GR Corolla, which maintains its turbocharged engine and available in both manual and automatic.
The Corolla is offered as a hatch and a sedan, with the hatch having launched in 2018 and the sedan coming in 2020. The current model of the Toyota Corolla sold in Australia is the 12th generation (E210) of one of the world's best known car models, with the first model having launched all the way back in 1966. More than 50 million have been produced since then.
We anticipate that the next-generation of the Toyota Corolla should be unveiled in 2025 and hit Australian shores by late 2025 or early 2026.
